While financial aid is readily available from public and private institutional sources, a majority of this aid comes with the financial burden of thousands of dollars in interest over the long term in addition to the re-payment of the principle amount. Additionally, many of our Catholic youth do not have the financial means to attend college full-time, and therefore, balance their time between educational goals and earning an income. Under these circumstances, the slightest crisis can cause financial difficulties that impact or delay the achievement of one’s educational goals. In a worst–case scenario, attending college becomes financially unobtainable.
Mission: To invest in our Catholic youth to attend college and achieve their educational goals.
Our Values: The Foundation’s efforts are inspired by:
- To empower our youth to make a difference in their lives,
- To provide financial assistance for our youth to further their education by attending college,
- To help promote Catholic Values, and
- To promote the common good.
Objectives:
- Offer interest-free loans and scholarships to Catholic youth desiring to further their education by earning a college degree or credential.
- Continue to grow the capacity of the foundation to fund programs by being good stewards of our financial resources.
